Time Off Agreement Time Off Requesting Limitation Time Off Coordination and Coverage Policy To ensure continuity of operations and maintain appropriate staffing levels, all employee time-off requests are subject to review and approval based on business needs. 1. Department Coverage Requirements Employees within the same department may not take time off during the same dates if doing so would result in inadequate coverage. Requests that overlap with another team member in the same department may be denied or require adjustment. 2. Office Location Coverage Requirements Employees assigned to the same office location may not take time off at the same time if such absences would negatively impact operations at that location. Management will evaluate staffing levels and operational needs when reviewing requests. 3. Approval is Not Guaranteed All time-off requests are subject to managerial approval and are not guaranteed. Approval will be based on factors including, but not limited to: • Operational needs • Staffing levels • Timing and duration of the request • Order in which requests are received 4. Advance Notice Encouraged Employees are encouraged to submit requests as far in advance as possible to improve the likelihood of approval and allow for proper planning. 5. Management Discretion The company reserves the right to approve, deny, or modify any time-off request in its sole discretion to meet business needs.
