There’s a reason why we call our reps “Case Facilitators” and if you’ve ever had to ask for help in a pinch you know exactly what that means: they come through! In fact, we consider it our super power and the thing that differentiates us from ALL of our competitors!
We’re proud of our service and strive to improve it.
If you have a STAT or ASAP referral because:
- A patient just got out of surgery and needs to start physical therapy
- A patient is leaving town and won’t be available for a period of time
- Your patient has only a specific day off and they need to be seen on a specific day
- An EMG test is needed in a timely fashion for a case filing
- Your patient needs to be seen on a “next day” basis
We want you to use it but, please, don’t abuse it! If everything becomes an emergency then nothing will get emergency service! We know you “get it”!
